Born in the capital city, Austin, Texas. Caleb A. Davis, is an active leader that has held key roles
in various organizations that he has participated in. To Caleb, mindfulness, brand development &
technology integration are considered a requirement in the global economy today. As a result, he has
developed a growing passion that has shaped his experience personally and professionally over the
years. As a result, he founded a dream organization, Sow Give Inc., a nonprofit with the objective to lead a philanthropic millennial culture and collaboratively develop educational communities around the world.

A big part of this journey requires a microscopic look at how we guide our scholars and the support we give to their ship. While remembering his past and understanding the present, he continues to look toward the future. Living by his motto, "Whomever God Stresses, God Hospitality Blesses”, Caleb continues to be active in community engagement and development, with Austin always in mind. To Caleb, success is a constant goal that can be achieved at any time. So his ultimate goal is not just to be successful but to be significant. Roger C. Davis is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but now lives in Austin, Texas since January, 1987. He is married with three children. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida A&M University in May, 1984. He retired after 35 years serving as an Accounting Analyst and Customer Account Management Representative with 3M in Austin, Texas. He currently serves as a Tax Specialist with H&R Block and Licensed Securities Agent, Licensed Life, Health, Property, & Casualty Insurance Agent with Primerica. In addition, he currently serves as a National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Lifetime Member, Black Professional Alliance (BPA) Board Treasurer and a Founding Member, Greater Austin Black Chamber (GABC) Board Member, City of Austin African American Resource Advisory Commission (AARAC) Commissioner, Frameworks CDC Board Member, Children’s Haven Association Financial Secretary, Austin Area Urban League (AAUL) Treasurer, Austin Area Church of Christ Basketball League Commissioner, and Financial Fitness Seminar (FFS) Chair. He has also served in the past as NABA Western Region President, NABA Western Region Treasurer, NABA Austin Cen-Tex President, 3M Austin African American Network (AAN) Co-Chair, and 100 Club of Texas Finance Past Committee Member. He proudly serves as a Church of Christ at Eastside Care Group Leader, Church Van Driver, and member. He enjoys time with family, sports, movies, and serving the community.

With 17 years of extensive experience in application delivery networking (ADN), cybersecurity, and managed services, Nic Hollins is a seasoned Senior Solution Architect known for his expertise in designing and delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable IT solutions. His deep technical acumen, combined with a passion for innovation, has enabled organizations to optimize their IT infrastructure and enhance their security posture.

In addition to his technical career, Nic was a co-founder of an award-winning nonprofit organization, where he played a key role in driving social impact, community development and the organization's transition into a tech focused nonprofit. His leadership extends beyond the tech sector as well—he is the Director of IT for the Black Professionals Alliance of Austin (BPA). Nic also serves on the board of directors for BPA, where he helps guide the organization's strategic direction and fosters inclusive professional networks. Nic's achievements have earned him recognition as a MIT Solve Award winner, acknowledging his dedication to solving critical global challenges through technology and leadership. Through his work in both the tech and nonprofit sectors, Nic continues to advocate for diversity, inclusion, and innovative problem-solving, while making a meaningful impact on the communities he serves.
