Winston Williams

Winston G. Williams is the founder of PS Focus, LLC, formerly WGW & Company. The company began in the legal industry in 1997 providing accounting software consulting and training.  Today, the company provides management consulting services to a variety of industries in all six areas of management: Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Marketing, Financial and Facility.

In 2013, Mr. Williams co-founded the Capital City Black Film Festival with the mission to provide burgeoning Black filmmakers from across the nation an opportunity to showcase their works in one of the top cities in the United States for independent filmmakers, Austin, Texas.  CCBFF also educates filmmakers on the vast resources available to them in Austin and in Texas.  Mr. Williams serves as the Executive Director of the Capital City Black Film Festival.

Mr. Williams obtained a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. He completed post graduate courses at Southwest/Texas State University.  In addition to consulting, he currently serves as President of Black Professional Alliance, Executive Director of the Capital City Black Film Festival; Spectrum Theatre Company’s Board of Directors/Treasurer; Texas Exes Black Alumni Network Committee/Treasurer; Pecan Street Association’s Board of Directors and Austin Public/Community Media Advisory Committee.  Mr. Williams has played lead male roles in several short films and has published his memoir, “Would You?”  He is also a Life Member of the Texas Exes and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.
